When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your first name, last name, email address, the type of help you chose and your message. We only use these details to reply to you and to follow up on your request.

Like most websites, our server keeps short technical logs (such as IP address, browser and time of the request) to keep the site secure and running.

We do not use analytics, advertising or other tracking tools, and the site sets no tracking cookies. See the cookie page for details.

We process contact requests to answer them and to take steps you ask for before a possible agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(b)), and technical logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (article 6(1)(f)).

We keep messages as long as we need them to answer you and follow up. Requests that don’t lead to a project are deleted when they are no longer needed. Technical logs are kept only for a short time.

We never sell or share your data for marketing. It is stored with the providers that host our website and email, who process it on our behalf and only for that purpose.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Write to gmc@pknd.no. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date at the top.
